| 12 | 13 | 14

Bridge Repair and Maintenance ($1,650,000*): This work will include major bridge and culvert structures (span of 20 feet or more). The structural and maintenance repairs and improvements will be based on the 2004 Colorado Department of
Transportation (CDOT) bridge inventory and inspection report.

Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk and Concrete ($4,000,000): The majority of the funding will be used in conjunction with the City's annual street resurfacing program. The remainder of the funding ($300,000 to $400,000) will be reserved for other high priority locations involving safety, high volume pedestrian areas, schools, and hospitals.

ADA Pedestrian Ramps ($1,000,000): The majority of the funds will be used in conjunction with the City’s annual street resurfacing program. The remainder of the funding ($50,000 to $100,000) will be reserved for other high priority areas around hospitals, public areas, and high pedestrian volume areas.

Incident Management / Signal Upgrades ($400,000): This includes signal upgrades needed to facilitate signal coordination, operations, detection, and communications for the 500 traffic signals. Identified locations include upgrade of pedestrian and signal heads, installation of state-of-the art signal equipment, and placement of larger street name signs.

Citywide Safety and Traffic Operations ($2,200,000): This includes corridor and intersection improvements to mitigate existing safety and traffic flow deficiencies and improve traffic signals, signs, school/pedestrian improvements, pavement markings, and other traffic control devices.

Roadway Maintenance ($7,830,998*): This will include the resurfacing program, alley rehabilitation/maintenance, and pothole patching.

Contract Resurfacing Program ($5,300,000). The resurfacing program will contract for program management, dig-out/prep, milling, overlay, minor concrete repairs, slurry seal, crack seal, materials testing, and inspection. This additional effort will increase the resurfacing program from 5% of the roadways annually to 10%.

Alley Rehabilitation / Pothole Patching ($1,200,000). Include manpower, material, and equipment to maintain approximately 60 miles of alleys and gravel roads; the ability to respond to citizen requests concerning safety, dust control, drainage, and improved surfaces to City alleys; and increase the response time for repairing potholes from five days in 2003 to three days.

Northern Facility ($0). This facility has been removed from the PPRTA program.
